Crazy Mailing Labels

When I printed mailing labels, an adult name, child's name and "Family" appeared. For instance, instead of mailing it to Joe and Mary Smith, it read Joe and Mary Smith and Family. In another instance, there is a mother and daughter who come to our church. Instead of it reading to Mary Smith, it read to Mary and Susie Smith. I want the labels to print only as I have noted in the contact information. Is anyone else having this problem? It happened about a year ago, and I was able to call in for a fix, but now I have to pay for help. This didn't happen last month. Help, anyone?

Where are you printing the labels from? If you print them under the Personal Profiles list you will get the results you are talking about. If you print them under the Family Mailing list selection you do not get the & Family added to the end. The issue with the child being listed may still be there however if the child is the number 2 profile name. You may have to change that profile number to 3 to prevent it from printing.

Just checked how it works and the Family Mailing list option prints the label using the Mailing name listed in the Maintain Family Mailing List window.
