When our minister recently updated his v10 to v11, he cannot see all the files I input from my end. My computer is administrator. Version 10 was working fine for us. I updated to when it first came out. He did just last week. When we were both v10 everything was fine. He has access to everything. If he logs in on my computer with his user name and password, he can see everything. Is something not pointing to the files it should be? What should we check or look for?
Blessings,
Shelley

Re: Updating from V10 to v11
It sounds like you now have two different installations of Version 11, whereas you had a network share of Version 10.
Proper networking procedure is linked below. Follow these procedures starting at Step 4 on the pastor's workstation:

Then it sounds like you still have two different installations of PowerChurch Plus.

Re: Updating from V10 to v11
Here's a quick checklist:
1. Using the "Add/Remove Programs" (WinXP) in the Control Panel. Remove Powerchurch V11 from the pastor's computer.
2. Make sure you have the NEW Powerchurch 11 directory on your computer (server/admin) shared to all with full permissions as shown in the link Zorak listed above.
3. MAP the networked Powerchurch 11 drive to a drive letter on the Pastor's computer (again as shown in the link).
4. Open 'My Computer' on the Pastor's computer, and click on the new networked Powerchurch 11 drive to view the files. Find the Install directory, then click on that to view those files. Double click on the NetSetup11 program find there. It will then run, and properly install the program to the Pastor's computer.
Hope this helps.
