I noticed today that when I am entering transactions pressing F2 to lookup an account number does not work anymore. I don't get an error or anything but when I press F2 nothing happens. I haven't noticed anything else that is not working and it was working the last time I used the program (a couple of weeks ago).
Any ideas?

That said, I've not seen this occurring in V11, what version are you running, and have there been any changes to your computer ??

Most likely, your keyboard has multiple sets of functions that can be assigned to the F-keys. You should have an F-Lock or Fn key on your keyboard if this is the case. That will toggle the function keys back to their normal functions.
Also, make sure you are in the account column in the grid. The other columns don't have that F2 lookup.

Thanks Zorak, it was my F-Lock that had been toggled off. Everything is working great again.
