When you use Payroll for employees and Accounts Payable for vendors can you print w2 and 1099 ? Is the format provide a substitute form or do you need to print them on special paper or type them manually ? We us a Hp OfficeJet R85xi.

This link will take you to the IRS website, where most necessary tax forms and information can be obtained. W-2 and W-3 forms can be obtained from your local office supply store for either tractor, laser, or ink-jet printers. Use the standard W-2 forms which are vertically two to a page. We also support two per page laser forms for 1099-MISC.
