Tithing to other ministries - documentation needed?

Our congregation "tithes" into several ministry organizations on a monthly basis most of them in Israel. Some of them have a USA non-profit organization set up where we send our support but a couple of them do not. Additionaly, there are a couple of individuals living in Israel whom we support. What documentation do we need to have on file from each ministry organization?

At this time we have proof of non-profit status for most plus their monthly/quarterly newsletters and receipts of our giving.
