I am new to the Powerchurch software support forum. Can someone please explain to me how to upload backup files from one computer to another? It appears that the backup files are in a zip file.

They are ... but you should use the Backup/Restore utility in Powerchurch to restore them to the computer. Just copy the file on a flash drive, CD or network drive, and select that drive & directory in the Restore function.
