Notes Section in Accounting Module

Post by BillAnsley »

When entering a transaction in Accounting module, one can enter "notes" that help explain, later,
why/what one did. After I've POSTED the transaction, how can I go back and review the notes so I recall why I did something the way that I did?

In View Posted Transactions you can find the transaction then look at the details and see the notes.

If I recall correctly, aren't the notes edit-able even after the transaction has been posted? (Just an FYI) No other part of the transaction can be edited, except the notes. (Correct me, please, if I'm wrong about this.)

Yes they are .. .this is actually a good thing as you can then add notes if needed.
