PC Update Downloader Window Remains Open

Hello, Everytime we open PC we get a pop message that there is an update. We choose to download the update and the window shows something being downloaded but the PC Update Downloader Window Remains Open. The indicator shows green straight accross as if it is completed but never closes .... your thoughts? We are currently using PC 11

There has been a problem with downloading and installing MR's in the past where it takes quite some time for the MR to complete. If you just wait it out the window should eventually go away and the MR will have installed. It should load new releases after that ok.

Or .. manually download the MR, and install it on the server only .. the clients will update themselves from the server automatically.

I chose to manually download the file and installed on the server. Worked like a charm. Thanks Neil.
