Just upgraded to PC 11.5, but had the same issue with 11.0. I sent my first group email in June; several addresses bounced as undeliverable or delivery failed, so we updated those profiles to remove the bad email address. The problem we're encountering is this ... every group email we've sent since June returns with the same bad email addresses, even though they've been removed from the profile. Are the email addresses cached somewhere and that cache needs to be cleared or updated?

If you're sending group emails from the Mailing LIst profile, the system will first try to use any email address setup under the Mailing List profile, if that is empty, it will then look for any email address entered under the personal profiles setup under the mailing list profile.
I'd check to see if those addresses are still there.
