We recently upgraded to 11.5 from 11.1. We use Protect My Ministry to run background checks.
When running background checks the icon with the green plus sign is not launching the web browser with the Protect My Ministry form as promised.
Recommendations?

Well, never mind. I was just showing the boss the problem, and with him looking over my shoulder, it worked just fine. Isn't that how it goes? Maybe I could send my boss your way and he could look over others' shoulders to fix other issues. I wouldn't mind him leaving the office for a day or two. ... Just kidding, of course.
