We're starting a capital campaign and want to move into the 21st Century by getting the majority of the church to receive contribution statements by email. So, to inform everyone, we're sending statements now with a vision letter.
Can we attach the vision letter to the contribution statements that are already being received by email? If not, do you have a recommendation about how to get the letter to them.

Unfortunately, you can't attach it to the contribution statements, however, you can create a MASS EMAIL using the Send Message To A Group function and attach the PDF that way.meames wrote:We're starting a capital campaign and want to move into the 21st Century by getting the majority of the church to receive contribution statements by email. Re: Add a document to emailed contribution statements
If the letter is not to big and you are not concerned about the format or if it is on your church letterhead. You could copy and past it into the e-mail message section when you send out the statements by using Ctrl+V. Right clicking will not bring up the Edit window but as I said Ctrl+V will paste the clipboard into the message field.
