Reconciling Statement

I am new to the system. Only on for 2 months and I have not been able to reconcile a statement. I recognise the amount but do not see anything wrong. Where do I go to get help???

OK ... exactly what is the issue you're having ?? Checking account balance off ??

GIving as much detail as possible would help.
