Not sure if this will help fix the issue or not but, if you're running version 9 of Powerchurch Plus, have you downloaded the Pocket PowerChurch update for use with V.9 ??

I've installed Pocket Powerchurch on three different PDAs, and have not seen this issue.

Another suggestion which I usually use when a program keeps giving an error with an unknown cause: remove the program from the windows machine through Add/Remove Programs. Make sure anything on the PDA has also been deleted.

Reinstall Pocket Powerchurch on the Windows machine, install the Version 9 Pocket Powerchurch update, then follow the directions for the setup of the PDA and the PDA data file.

Here's the solution from technical support. I did it and it worked! :D

It sounds as if the update was not extracted to the correct directory
(usually C:\Program Files\PowerChurch\Pocket Powerchurch).

Make sure to extract the PCSYNC.EXE file to the correct directory and
then
try the sync again.

After ready other post, I discovered that I'm attempting to sync to my HP Pocket PC; which is not supoorted. Hopefully, support for the Pocket PC will be soon to come.
