When setting up Quick Task for new user, not all tasks appea

We are new to PC. After defining a new user, that user was trying to set up their Quick Tasks list. The first "Defined task groups" entry, (Membership) came out OK, with all of the sub-list entries showing up. However, when additional "Defined task groups" are defined, only the name of the group displays in the Quick Tasks area. When the "Defined task groups" name is selected, the sub-list is empty. We have tried several different ways, and even defined the new "Defined task groups" name list with sub-entries, then cycled PC. Still no sub-list items show up.

I'm going to ask the obvious first questions: which tasks are you trying to assign, and is the new user authorized in that module?

Sorry to be so long in reading - been a very busy week. I will look at the items I am trying to assign and make sure the user is authorized. I will also look at the link provided by Zorak. I'll let you know the results one way or the other.
