Got a question or comment about PowerChurch that doesn't belong anywhere else? Why not post it here!?

The Invisible Arrow

Post by KPegram »

Occasionally, there are times when the arrow disappears in PowerChurch. When I move the mouse to where the cursor is in the system tray the arrow appears again but not if I move it back across PowerChurch.

The PowerChurch buttons (next, back, finish, etc.) in the program turn "blue", if I actually line up where I think the arrow will be on the button. The arrow appears in all the other open programs when this occurs. If I can "find" the red X and close the program, after restart, the arrow works correctly.

How can I keep this from happening? THANKS!

I'm going to assume that its more an issue with WIndows, as I've not seen this issue come up previously, and I did a complete search of the forum . Which version of Windows are you using?

It sounds like the mouse is having issues .. not much that Powerchurch can do about that. Its an OS issue.

Found this on the Microsoft site:

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/wind ... 87777124d3

Recommends checking to see if there are new drivers.

Thanks so much! I would have never thought to do that! Hopefully, this will solve my arrow problem :) .
