We are using PowerChurch Plus 8.
In the past I have been the only user of this computer as well as this software. Now I am needng to set up multiple users on one computer, some of which will need access to this software. I have set up the different user log-ins on the computer. None of these other users are able to see or get access to Power Church. They are able to access other programs and files but not this one. What do I need to do to make this happen?

maybe a rights issue
I wasn't involved in setting ours up so I'm just guessing here. What version of Windows are you using? When you say they can't see it is it just the shortcut to it they can't see or can they not see it on the C: drive either? If it is not seeing the shortcut it sounds like maybe the shortcut is in your profile rather than the all users profile so you just need to put a copy on the all users desktop (or their individual desktops). If they can see the program on c: but it won't open for them maybe you need to check who has execute rights to that folder.

You didn't mention what operating system you are using. In order for the other users to have access a couple of things (at a minimum) must be in place:
1. The user's (computer) login must have permissions to the directories where the PowerChurch program and data reside.
2. The PowerChurch user accounts must be set up to allow each user access to the different modules of PowerChurch.
Your computer administrator should be able to help you with number one. It sounds like you are the admin for PowerChurch, so you can permit / set up the PowerChurch users specific access within PC.
Hope this helps,
Jeff
