1. Create a PDF, I use the PDF995 print driver from Software995.com. You select it as you would a printer. One thing I advise, if you're using MS Publisher, use the compress pictures feature of that software to help shrink the size of the PDF

2. Create your group list by adding profiles (mailing or personal) to a group (create an activity), then use the email to a group function under Activities to create the cover email, then continue to 'Advanced options settings' to attach the PDF.
