E-mailing in HTML Format
We have Power Church 9 that we use on on a network. Sending e-mail messages to a group works fine for everyone on the network except for one user. He is able to send, but the HTML option does not appear on his e-mail message box like it does for everyone else. When I use his computer, even if I log in as myself or some other user, the HTML format option does not appear at all. I do not know why it doesn't work only on his computer. Any thoughts?

Not to be a fly in the ointment, but a user can have his/her mail program set up to specifically use plain ASCII text in email messages. For more info, you can browse over to http://www.expita.com/nomime.html
