Is there a way to print my contribution labels to a file. I can't seem to find a place to change the font size and it's currently printing approximately 10 pitch...way too small for our congregation. If I can print to a file or export the label file, I can manipulate it in Word.
Thanks,
Bev Brown

You can change the fonts on a label by creating a custom label setting.Bev Brown wrote:Is there a way to print my contribution labels to a file. 1 . create a custom label, based on the label stock you are using, usually Avery 5160s.
2. edit the format.
3. select the layout grouping on the label, head up to the pull down menu for Format
and select the Ungroup choice. The address group will unformat, but you will have all the lines selected.
4. go back up to the Format menu, and you'll see that the Font choice is now ungreyed.
5. On the font dialog that pops up, you can then select the Font, and attributes (size and 'weight' ) to change.
6. Once that is done, print a test page using the print preview on a regular piece of paper to check the font size.
7. If you're satisfied, head back up to the Format menu, and select Regroup to basically lock the formatting.
I've probably forgotten something, but that's the gist of it anyway.
Hope this helps.
