The tables are named (somewhat) intuitively. The only ones which may be confusing are all tables beginning with MA are Family Mailing List and ME is Personal Profiles. The rest should be somewhat obvious, ie. FA = Fund Accounting, AP = Accounts Payable, etc.
It would be just much easier if I could get a complete list of the file names and their corresponding structures rather than have to do it myself. I'm not thinking it would be that hard to post?
