Reports Show Names in Different Formats

Having a problem with my report output - when I run a report certain names show in a differnt format. For example, if my list shows names like this: John Doe, every once in a while it will show a name in the list like this: DOE, John. The same name is consistently displayed this way and I can't find any differences in how I entered the profile. I first noticed it in the Personal Profiles Report - Selected Dates. Has anyone found a fix for this?

I'm not sure what you're asking about is all that clear.

Are the names showing up differently in the SAME report, or are they difference in different reports ??

If is the latter case, then that is normal, if its the former, then that may be a problem.

To Clarify my problem, If I run the "Selected Dates" report and make my selection, the report output would look something like this:

John Doe
Sally Jones
SMITH, Jane

Where most of the names look like the first two listed and occasionaly a name is formated like the last one listed.
