need to install old copy

Hi,

I need to install vs.# 8 of Power Church. We have 8.5 but I need to have access to old records of membership for our 50th Church Anniversary
I tried to import some old floppy files into version8.5 and it said it could not import them they were from an older version. I have tried to install 8 from the CD but it will not work. If I can't put it on this computer at the church office could I put it on my laptop. I don't want to keep it there only long enough to access the records and ran some address labels.
