I HAVE POWERCHURCH 9 CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW I CAN PRINT OF NAMES, ADDRESSES, AND ENV NUMBERS. THANKS..iM NEW TO THIS

First off .. please don't use CAPS ... IT LOOKS LIKE YOU"RE YELLING !! Not to mention using both upper and lower case, is easier to read.

Second, if you don't need the phone number, the easiest way is to use the standard Contributions Report: Envelope Numbers List found under Contributions.

However, if you must have the phone number, then the Selected Contributors report under Contributions will give you what you need.

I would like to create a similar report, though I want the output on one line. I've tried using Custom Reports from the Contributions module, but that only seems to pull those who have made a contribution. My query is on every household that has a last name. If I use Membership reports, I don't have access to the Envelope Number data I want to include for intraoffice directories.

Any way to get Household Name, Address, Phone, and Envelope number on a single line report. (I understand that envelope numbers are assigned to individuals and that is part of the challenge here. We assigned to the same envelope number to each adult in the household so we shouldn't have conflicting information there anyway.) I want to include even those who have not yet contributed and also those who have no envelope number assigned - though they would be the rare exception.

If you create your custom report from Personal Profiles instead of Family Mailing List, you will have access to both the Family info (address, phone) and the Profile info (name, envelope number).

And yes, you are correct, creating custom reports from the Posted Contributions area has ONLY information about the posted contributions and the people who made them. Those that have not contributed are not tracked in the posted contributions area.

Okay, I got it. Did have to eliminate the 0 envelope numbers in order to avoid duplicates, but that was easy enough.

Thanks for a quick response. I may write more often when I can't figure something out.
