Error Message in V8.5, 9.0 & 10

When entering data, sometimes I get an error message that states "not enough disk space". Our copy of PC resides on its own server and 3 people have access to it. Membership, Financal Secy. and church secy. I talked to one of your technicians about this problem but so far we seem to be the only ones having a problem. When it happens, if you click "ok" on the pop-up screen, the program throws you out and anything you entered prior to the message is lost, i.e. if entering a new family or whatever. Advice from technician was to wait until it happens again and copy down verbatim what the pop-up screen states. Just wondered if anyone else has encountered this problem.
