Program Error

Post by GodCares »

I just received a program error "Invalid seek offset" with the option to "Cancel", "Ignore", "Help". I have searched the website & manual, and cannot find an explaination to it. Clicking "Cancel" and "Ignore" does nothing. How do I get out of this? How do I correct? Pam

The "Invalid Seek Offset" error message is letting you know that your network connection is dropping out while you are running a network install of PowerChurch Plus. We are basically looking for the source of the .exe file that is currently running and are unable to find it.

Most of the time, this occurs on wireless networks where the connection to the machine is less than robust.

When this error message comes up, generally you end up having to hit Ctrl-Alt-Del to manually close the program down.
