Pg Up and Pg Dn buttons in reports

We are using PC online.
My Pg Up and Pg Dn keys do not work on generated reports for the 1st page. However, these keyboard keys do work after page 1. I work on a laptop and our secretary works on a desktop at church and she has the same problem.

Please advise.

I wasn't aware that is a feature, but good to know!

I just tested it in the PowerChurch Online demo on a Windows computer and it appears those keys work on the first page of the report (and the rest) for me, though of course when you are at the top of the first page, there isn't anywhere else for PgUp to take you.

You can try clicking on the report preview area onscreen to make sure it has focus prior to hitting the key. That's the only thing that I can think of that would make that not work from one page to the next is something has stolen focus from the report viewer and it doesn't receive your inputs until you click on it.

I have been having the same problem with desktop ver 14. I sent an email to support and received an email on 10/3 saying a bug report was initiated. So far, no change. It's still doing this. It hasn't in the past and I don't know if it started happening after an MR.
