Install Message:Collating sequence "++++++++" is

Installing upgrade from V7 to V9 on to a network running NT4.0 from a client running XP. On the conversion of the files from V7 at Custom Reports part I receive this error message: QM_COND.DBF

Error:1915
Message:Collating sequence "++++++++" is not found.

[OK]

After I click [OK] it runs about a half second and blows up. Any solutions?

The conversion process was not able to open the table and failed because of this. Call support for assistance.
