How to enter a entry into income and expense report.

January and March I posted an income entry which shows in the Funds Report by date, Bank reconciliation, and statement of activities but does not show up in the Income and expense by month report. Is there anyway that I can fix this. Not sure what I did. I took the classes in April and have downloaded the video and have watched it again but do not see this issue addressed. Any help you can give me will be appreciated.

I think if you can post what the transaction looked like, we volunteers may have a better idea on what the cause is.
IE: DB 01-1110 Checking 2000.00
CR 01-4101 Tithes & Offerings 2000.00
Something like that.
