Local training

Is there anyone close to Charleston, SC that is familiar with Power Church being used for a preschool, taking in tuition payments, etc.? Our Sec. is awesome but she is still learning her contributions, etc. and I do not want her to have to learn this to teach me, that is overwhelming and, as you know, she already has plenty to do. Reading the manual is not helpful to me at all, I am a visual person.
