Hello Can powerchurch plus v11.5 be installed on a server? If yes, what specifications must be met? Type of server software, etc.. Thank you in advance. Ayana

It doesn't need to be on a server, I've seen it installed on Network Attached Storage, the secretary computer, the computer used for worship projection, etc. The only requirement for installation is that it has to be installed using Windows. (XP/Vista/7/8) all work fine.

The other requirement is that if you're using something like Windows Small Business Server you DO NOT have the server provide or apply any type of access rules to the Powerchurch folder and subfolders. Powerchurch has its own access protections, and as long as you assign each user their own ID, you can segregate users to those with view, update, or update & delete access.

This knowledgebase article covers the entire setup ..

as you'll see, its just simple Windows File Sharing ...
