PowerChurch won't launch on windows XP

I had Power Church running on an XP machine and it stopped working. If you double click on the ICON it didn't start. In fact, nothing happens at all - no error messages - nothing. So, I uninstalled the application and re-installed it, but had the same result. I've double checked the paths and can't seem to find the issue. Power Church is running on several other Vista and Windows & machines w/o any issues. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue and how was it resolved?
Thanks
Roy

I take it that you're using Powerchurch across a network and this is the client? Which version of Powerchurch are you using ?
Are you installing using the CD, or are you installing the correct way using the netsetupXXX.exe program from the networked Powerchurch\install directory ??
Is the networked Powerchurch directory properly
mapped to the XP computer ??

You are correct. I am running PowerChurch across a network and the XP machine is the client. The client software was installed via the network using Netsetup115.exe. The XP machine is mapped correctly to the server. The version of PowerChurch is 11.5.
To re-cap, the XP machine was the first machine PowerChurch was installed on and it worked for many months. A new PC was donated to the church and we transitioned to using it - including installing PowerChurch. After the transition, Powerchurch continued to run on both PCs, but one day it stopped working on the XP machine. There was a MS update the night before (may or may not be important.) When it stopped working and before I uninstalled PowerChurch on the XP machine, I checked in the "add remove program" area of the control panel and noticed there were 3 PowerChurch files installed (unfortunately, I didn't record them.) After I reinstalled PowerChurch, only "PowerChurch plus 11.5 runtime files" were installed. However, this matches the installs on all the other machines, so it seemed correct, but it still won't run. Since my first post, I uninstalled PowerChurch again, then ran CCcleaner and removed some PowerChurch references that were retained in the registry. However, after reinstalling Powerchurch again it still won't run. At this point, I'm stuck.

Some anti-virus programs have been known to do this. When PowerChurch starts, about once every seven days it will request information from the PowerChurch website to get the latest version available. Sometimes, the settings on the anti-virus program flag the executable as malware. Temporarily disable your anti-virus to test this possibility.
On XP, PowerChurch downloads the pcplus115.exe to the "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\appdata\PowerChurch\pcplus115" folder. (It has been a while and I'm relying on my memory for that location.)
I have not heard this, it may be possible, this exe has been corrupted. Every time the exe has been corrupt, an error will be presented.

I looked the correct path up now that I have an XP system available to me:
"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\PowerChurch\pcplus115\"
