I was just wondering if anyone else has noticed a degradation of performance in version 9 of PowerChurch after upgrading from version 8? We are running PowerChurch over a network here if that makes any difference. The most noticeable situations are when requesting a list of people, such doing a locate in the integrated data entry form.

Is this a known issue, or are we a special case? Are there any plans to continue to optimize V9 in patches & service releases?

I know that v9 is doing a lot more, particularly in those locate screens. If you notice, you can now sort on any column on the fly, and there's a lot of processing going on with that. We are always looking to improve usability, so yes any optimizations would be included in maintenance releases.
