We have 6 computers networked and sharing access to powerchurch v.9. Only one computer is having this problem. It is unable to print reports. When it tries it gets the following error:
logon failed
details: error code: 0x800a0e7a
source: ADODB. connection
description: provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling powerchurch. I tried printing to
another printer. Neither was a successful fix.

This is a known issue, and they are looking at it.
There is a workaround, which is to exit the report you are trying to run, then re-enter the report. It seems the first try will load up some .DLLs that were not preloaded, then the second time, the system finds them and runs ok.

Thank you for your help, but unfortunately, this workaround does not work on this computer.

Now that's weird ... I've only heard of problems with Win98 or ME. Does it have Service Pack 1 or 2 ??

This sounds like the VFP OleDB provider has been unregistered.
Rerun the NetSetup on the workstation. If this doesn't fix it. Call support.
We have had reports some "spyware" removal programs unregister the VFPOLEDB.DLL.
