TM and ZZ in Export

Post by johnleek »

What do the TM and ZZ categories mean in the export settings for membership data?

When exporting, choose the "code_description" field, rather than the "code" field. You are getting just the two digit ID of the code value rather than the plain English version.

Thanks Zorak,

Most of the other options are spelled out though. Would it be okay to share what those mean here?

Then folks like me who Google it in the future will find it. :)

John .. those keys are randomly created by the program when you create the category, so they really have no meaning outside of your local system.

Thanks.

I guess that was set up under previous personnel. We'll make it work. :)

As was mentioned above, use the code_description field off the database record.
