Paypal contributions

Our church is considering adding online donations through Paypal to our website. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips? Also, since they deduct their fees from the donations, how do you account for this in PowerChurch+, so the donor receives credit for the full amount of their donation? Your assistance is greatly appreciated!
