MR for 11.55 won't load

I just downloaded the most recent MR and initially it would not download. I had to end the task and try it again from the help drop down menu. It downloaded fine but will not install. It hangs about half way thru. I tried deleting the MR file and did another download with exactly the same result. How do I get around this? I loaded the MR on my computer at home with no problems. I am running this on a Windows 8 machine.

Just for testing, try from a client.

Decided to read the message a little more carefully. It told me it could not delete a file because it was in use. Checked the secretary profile on this computer and found that she had the program open. Shut it down under her profile and the MR loaded just fine.

Big DAH on my part. First rule, always read the error message completely!!!!
