When I run reports this morning, there are missing accounts. I have checked the the missing accounts are active. I am having the same problem with both the Sub account report and the Income and Expense Statement. What might the problem be?

Which accounts are missing?? What types ?

The four digit accounts. It's random as to which ones aren't showing up on the reports.

Um, all accounts under Funds Accounting are 4 digit account numbers.
Well, what are your settings on the reports? Are you including zero amount or non-budgeted accounts?

Are you running the reports for 2015? If so do those accounts have activity yet this year? By default the I&E report only shows those accounts that have activity.

When you run the I&E report there is an option to include zero balance accounts, check that option to see if the accounts appear.
