Adding Users

We have followed the directions for adding users for Power Church Online (we use a Mac), but none of them are able to use their credentials to sign on to the system. Any ideas of what we may be overlooking? It appears that everything is correct.

Where are they having the hangup?
Do they get past the IDS client and get the Powerchurch login prompt ?? If so, did you setup the credentials for them to access Powerchurch from within Powerchurch ??
