when the reports are sent to excel, the grid lines need to show so you will know what you are doing without have to keep clicking print preview. also,
the report has too many pages when it comes to excel, if your report is two pages, it should be two pages in excel, some pages may have 3 lines; next page may be separted with half page, etc. and this make its time cosuming to fix the report
Ministry services record needs some option to select report by abc order, date order, etc.

Export to Excel is one of the issues addressed in the newest Maintenance Release which should HOPEFULLY be released later this week or the beginning of next week. It's currently in testing (there have been a lot of changes), so it depends on the testing results and what remains to be changed.
