Um ... are you using PCPlus v10.4 or a newer version.

In both cases you would need to adjust the default font by going to the File -> Preferences -> Mailing Label Setup.

1. Assuming you're using the default Avery 5160 labels (header, footer, 10 rows of 3 ) you would select the Custom Label Setting choice from the pull down list. Then click on the Custom button.

2. Verify that the ROWS box shows 10, and the COLUMNS box show 3. Adjust as necessary, then click on Edit Layout

3. Click on the DETAIL group, then head up to the menu and select Format -> Ungroup. This will ungroup the lines, but you will still have all the lines selected. The system is somewhat awkward, as you have to unselect all the lines. Easiest way to do this is click your mouse in the header or footer.

4. Then select one line by clicking on it. Right click to bring up the context menu and select the STYLE tab. Change the font there to what you want to use. Repeat with the other lines. I seemed to remember you could update the font when they were grouped, but evidently I was wrong, as I had to do each line individually.

5. Once all the lines are changed to the correct font, select all the lines by clicking on each one while you press the SHIFT key. Once you have all selected, go back up to the menu and select Format -> Group to re-group the lines. Then head to the Report menu and click on Print Preview to see if that's the font you expected to see.

Hope this helps.

Thank you so much. I am using PCPlus 10.4. I was creating some additional labels in Microsoft word and wanted the same font as what I had already printed in Powerchurch so they would match. I apologize that I was not very specific.

The default mailing labels in PowerChurch use a Courier New size 9 font.

As Neil pointed out, the labels are customizable in PowerChurch, so they may not be printing using the default settings anymore.
