How to increase the viewing size of text

I am using PC Plus version 10.4. When I change the size of text on my screen to "larger" in my Control Panel, it only increases the Menu bar on the Power Church main screen and most of the drop downs. If I extend further (for example - reports) my text goes to very tiny. Might you have a solution? thanks!

There is a setting in Windows display properties, to “Use XP scaling”. Unchecking this option should just magnify everything on the screen, rather than relying on the font DPI setting to increase everything. From the Display properties screen in the Control Panel, click the “Set custom text size (DPI)” link. On this screen, uncheck the “Use XP Scaling” checkbox option, then choose one of the options in the dropdown list above, either 125%, 150%, or 200%, depending on how large you want the onscreen items to appear.
