Thank you "Tales From Tech 2"!!!!!

I just wanted to thank whoever it is that writes the informative (and extremely entertaining!) "Tales From Tech 2". I am a new user of this program, and I recently finished setting up our accounts, etc. but was having some problems with my Desginated Funds(Donor Restrictions)balances. 
God knew I needed help as I prayed MANY times, and I was about to go on the forum to ask my questions, but then I received the 3 installments this week outlining my very situation! Because they were so easy to read and understand for this non-accountant's brain, I have corrected my mistakes, and am now ready to roll!!
Thank you so much...I think you have stopped me from either going bald or permanently gray as I was getting quite frustrated this week. One little change in the account I was using, and suddenly everything fell into place.
