Got a question or comment about PowerChurch that doesn't belong anywhere else? Why not post it here!?

PC115Calendar.exe file

Post by mikenerney »

Has anyone had the message that system is trying to update file PC115Calendar.exe and requires Computer Administrator rights to do so? Not sure I trust this. Want to confirm first.

Are you installing a new MR ?? If so, it could be valid if you're signed on to the computer that is stand alone, or used as the server and you don't have Admin rights. Windows UAC system will notify you about such things.

However, that should not be happening for networked users an MR as the x:\Powerchurch directory (where X is the drive you installed on) should be shared on the network with full access for everyone, so anyone should be able to install an MR without seeing that message.
