Need help setting up SMTP server

I am getting an error when attempting to email statements. The profile is set with an email but not sending. Please help.

Is the email setup using the same SMTP server that you normally use for sending emails from the church? Are you using the same email that the office uses along with that password? Is the SMTP port setup correctly? Does your SMTP mail server require authentication? Are you using a mail service from Google, Yahoo or Microsoft (hotmail or live.com) ??
