I was able to print w-2's and 1099-MISC forms directly from the PC+ program. Is there a way to print onto a 1099-r form directly from PC+ ?

Sorry, no. Only W2s, W3s, and 1099-MISC are available through PCPlus. Distributions from Pensions/Annuities/Retirement Plans are not normally something that PCPlus handles.
