Is there a way to generate a email through powerchurch, that would only be sent to members who do not have a physical address in their member profile?

You can generate an email for whatever reason you want to as long as you have the email address. However, I do not believe there is a systematic way to select those without physical addresses.

However, you can tag such profiles, or create a email group in Activities and add those members, and send emails that way.
