Got a question or comment about PowerChurch that doesn't belong anywhere else? Why not post it here!?

ISO Catholic Mass Intention Program

Post by OLPH_Clovis »

Has anyone used Power Church to organize their parish's mass intentions? I'm wondering if the "Events" would be useful for this?

TIA

Could you give a better explanation of what the Mass Intentions are? I seem to recall that they were a list of people for whom the Mass was being offered. Is that still right??

I'm not sure if the Events is the best place for this, but I can see how it would work.

Yes, each mass has an intention. So it would look like this:
Monday 8:30am: Mr Smith
Monday 5:30pm: Mr Jones

But I need to be able to share the schedule with multiple churches and people.

Thank you

FWiW .. you can use Events for that. Since you have to share with other people and churches, then setup a Google Calendar, and then have Powerchurch sync the events with the Google calendar. People can then have access to the calendar via the web, to see what the intention is for that Mass or day.
