Is there a site address where I can download a pdf copy of the manual for Power church 11.55?

There is not a PDF copy of the manual available. There is a CHM file in the program directory (by default C:\PowerChurch\PCPLUSXX\PCPLUSXX.CHM)

How can I access that on a windows with Windows 7. I am having difficulty trying to find this manual.
