Which version of Powerchurch ?? V11.1, or 11.55 ?? What's the date of the MR?

The last MR for 11.55 did fix an issue with the Quicklinks. I would also clear our any browser cache on your normal browser, as well as IE and/or Edge.

I take it was the browser cache that needed clearing ?
