I had to do a clean install of Windows 10 version 1607. So, I had no PowerChurch Plus software on this laptop, after the clean install. When I tried downloading the latest version of PowerChurch Plus, I received this message:

pcplus115.exe System error
The program can't start because MSVCR71.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

I have tried repeatedly to reinstall the program but just keep getting the same error. Any suggestions on what I can do?

From a similar post I saw that I needed to secure the CD sent to the church when we initially purchased PowerChurch Plus, install PowerChurch with the CD then run the latest Maintenance Release. Which I did, problem solved.
